In honour of World Teacher’s Day 2019, a Teacher’s Paying Homage Ceremony celebration was held for the second time at Pathein University’s Convocation Building on Friday, the 4^th of October 2019. In the above mentioned ceremony,18 senior teachers aged over 70 who all formerly worked at Pathein University were invited to attend of which twelve attended. Pathein University’s Rector, Pro-Rector, faculty from all of the different specializations, and Pathein University’s administration department staff all came to pay homage to the visiting senior teachers. As part of the ceremony, the celebrated teachers also delivered instructional speeches to the attendees.
